As the Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing successful events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and guests. You will work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and oversee the execution of events to ensure they meet high standards of quality. Duties: - Execute a variety of events such as conferences, weddings, fundraisers, and corporate gatherings - Collaborate with clients to determine event requirements -- Coordinate event logistics including catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation - Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations -Prior Hotel Experience Required - Proven experience in event planning and management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of banquet operations and catering services - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time
