Apartment Life Coordinators play a crucial role in bringing this vision to life. This hands-on approach ensures that the mission of AL is embodied in daily interactions, ultimately helping residents experience God's unconditional love through the intentional business of ministry. Offsite Coordinators serve 3-9 hours per week, do not reside onsite, and receive hourly compensation.
