Events and Operations Coordinator

The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. (UTFI) is a prominent not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to advancing the educational mission of the University of Tennessee System through private contributions. Key responsibilities of the Events and Operations Coordinator include creating comprehensive event plans based on donor engagement objectives, managing vendor relationships, handling RSVP and event management systems, and analyzing participation data to enhance future events. The role extends to operational advising, working closely with Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics to shape donor experience strategy while occasionally providing on-site support at advancement events.
