Events and Production Coordinator

• Production Coordination and Supervision: Attend production meetings, work calls, rehearsals, and shows to coordinate, supervise, and assist in production and event needs. • Venue Scheduling and Preparation: Work with the Production Supervisor to maintain venue schedules, including production calendars and pre- and post-event work. • Maintain venue schedules and ensure spaces are ready for events. • Train part-time and student workers in equipment operation. • Proficiency in technical theatre and equipment operation.
