The Global Business Units (GBU) Events and Special Initiatives Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and execution of events and special initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration and growth for the organization and end markets. · Develop and maintain a process for a comprehensive events program in the GBUs aligned with business objectives and marketing goals, in consultation with business unit operations and sales leaders. · Create comprehensive event playbooks and standards in line with Jacobs’ global events program to ensure consistent brand experience across identified priority brand and market expansion events. · Event travel may be required (5-10%) to provide onsite support for logistics and collaboration. · Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Global Business Unit Marketing & Communications team.
