You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership, translating priorities into scalable, high-quality programs. About the Role The Events and Trade Show Manager will oversee the complete event lifecycle, from budgeting and vendor management to logistics and onsite execution, ensuring a seamless experience that meets our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of various events including internal meetings, client conferences, executive programs, and trade shows.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align event strategies with business priorities and customer engagement goals.Manage the entire event lifecycle, ensuring all aspects from program design to onsite delivery are meticulously planned and executed.Develop and manage event budgets, including forecasting, financial tracking, and reconciliation to ensure cost-effective measures.Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and contracts to ensure high quality and cost-efficiency.Coordinate multiple concurrent programs, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions to meet tight deadlines.Establish and refine processes, tools, and best practices to improve scalability and consistency.Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights for future enhancements.Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements.Skills & Qualifications:
