Company Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and client-focused events. Responsibilities • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, including networking functions, open houses, and client appreciation events • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, registration, and post-event follow-up • Track event expenses and ensure budget compliance • Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and guest communications • Maintain detailed records of event timelines, contracts, and reports • Support on-site event execution, including overseeing setup and addressing any logistical issues • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement Skills And Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related role • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events If you are passionate about event planning and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
