Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and vendor coordination • Prepare and organize event materials, supplies, and promotional items • Support on-site event operations, ensuring seamless execution • Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams • Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement • Handle administrative tasks related to event management Skills & Qualifications: • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred
