Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and organization of corporate and promotional events • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams • Support on-site event setup and breakdown • Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistics • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager • Assist with post-event reporting and analysis • Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders involved
