Responsibilities: • Event Planning: • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget. • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., catering, facilities, audiovisual) to ensure all aspects of the event are well-planned and executed. • Event Execution: • Oversee all aspects of event setup, including decor, seating arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and signage. • Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a private events or hospitality setting.
