Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning and executing club and member events of all sizes. Working closely with the Events Director and teams across the club, this role is integral to delivering polished, seamless experiences that reflect the standards of a private club environment. The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and a creative approach to event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with events from initial inquiry through on-site execution
• Develop creative event concepts, themes, and member experiences
• Prepare and maintain event documentation, including BEOs, timelines, and floor plans
• Coordinate member billing and maintain invoice records
• Source materials and coordinate logistics with local vendors
• Collaborate with internal teams across golf, tennis, aquatics, and clubhouse departments
Qualifications:
• Experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, private clubs, or event planning required
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills with a polished, member-appropriate presence
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Reserve Cloud and Prisimm preferred
