Events Assistant

Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent multitasking skills and a passion for event management. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and corporate events Collaborate with event organizers to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and equipment rentals Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and drive attendance Assist in the creation and distribution of event collateral, including invitations, programs, and signage Manage event registration and ticketing... systems Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, coordination of activities, and troubleshooting Assist in post-event evaluation and analysis, including attendee feedback and event metrics Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful events Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in event management software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure event success Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required, to support event activities Benefits Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Employee Discount Flexible Schedule Welcome to Fresh Form Draft – where imagination meets innovation in the world of architecture.
