Assist in planning and coordinating various events from start to finish.Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional items.Manage attendee registration and provide customer support before, during, and after events.Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.Proven experience in event planning or assistant roles is advantageous.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
