Job Description

Swift7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, promotional campaigns, and client-focused experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for coordination and event management.

The Events Assistant will work closely with the events team to ensure each project is delivered professionally and efficiently while maintaining the high standards of the company.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of eventsSupport event setup, logistics, and scheduling activitiesCommunicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operationsMaintain event materials, documentation, and inventoryHelp monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are metProvide on-site support during events and promotional activitiesCollaborate with internal departments to ensure successful event deliveryContribute ideas to improve event experiences and operational efficiency
