Job Description
Swift7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, promotional campaigns, and client-focused experiences. The Events Assistant will work closely with the events team to ensure each project is delivered professionally and efficiently while maintaining the high standards of the company.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events

Maintain event materials, documentation, and inventory
Help monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Provide on-site support during events and promotional activities
