Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to high-quality event experiences from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and execution of events from initial planning to post-event follow-up Support logistics management, including venue coordination, materials preparation, and scheduling Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery Maintain event timelines and ensure all milestones are met efficiently Prepare reports and assist in evaluating event performance Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
