Events Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

We’re hiring Entry-Level Events Assistants to support charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, community programs, and live promotional events.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated candidates who want hands-on experience in event operations, community outreach, fundraising, marketing, and customer engagement.

No previous event experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll DoAssist with charity events, fundraisers, community programs, and live eventsHelp with event setup, registration, materials, and onsite activitiesWelcome and engage with attendees, donors, volunteers, and community membersProvide information about nonprofit organizations, causes, and fundraising campaignsAssist with registrations, sign-ups, and attendee engagementHelp create an organized, welcoming event environmentTrack attendance and collect basic attendee feedbackSupport promotional and community outreach activitiesAssist with fundraising and donor engagement initiativesWork with team members to ensure events run smoothly and attendees have a positive experienceWhat We’re Looking ForWe value attitude, enthusiasm, reliability, and communication skills more than previous experience.
