Summary This unique position allows you to make a direct impact on the experience of guests. The Event Concierge is a supervisory level position that is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. The right person may support the event services team (banquets) in the absence of the manager, offering direction to team members and resolving minor guest/client concerns.
