Description Job Summary Coordinates advanced and on-site registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations. Researches available venues, recommends event sites and negotiates with the venue. Job Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and execution of user conferences and sales kick off events • Identify and assist with negotiations for space contracts and books event space based on event needs • Manage all aspects of trade show logistics and execution; including booking trade shows, choosing exhibit placement and managing all vendors associated booth install and teardown • Mange event budget including recording of costs and manage of vendor payments • Provide exceptional oral and written communication to ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders • Collaborate with Partner, Solutions and Revenue marketing teams to maximize the impact and value of events • Lead meetings, both within marketing and the business, to collaborate on event needs and prepare overview presentations for executive leadership • Prepare name tags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.
