The role This role will work as part of a high-performing team delivering excellent customer service and experiences. The role has a primary responsibility of managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to operation, by serving as the key point of contact for the letting of venues, event spaces, meeting rooms and summer accommodation. The role also has a specific responsibility for weddings and special events. The role holder will manage enquiries, allocation of spaces and accommodation as well as the event management of client bookings, including the delegation of bookings to the operations team and operational management of weddings.
