Work with banquet and other departments to assure that the members' and guests' expectations are exceeded, and the highest quality food and service are delivered. Work with the Membership Sales & Engagement Coordinator to create/develop the club's event and other offerings schedule/calendar through monthly and quarterly planning meetings. Assists members in arrangements for special dinner requests in the dining room. Meets with other department managers to plan food and beverage aspects of special events organized by the staff members. Minimum of 2 years of Event Catering experience, preferably in a private club.
