Summary of Responsibilities: The Events Coordinator serves the campus through the coordination and scheduling of campus events and by assisting with event management, coordination, execution, and providing administrative support as time permits for designated campus events. • Campus Scheduling: • Assumes responsibility for coordination and scheduling of all campus facilities; collaborates with Athletics Department for scheduling of athletic facilities. • Serves as point of contact for all employees on campus who need to schedule a facility for meetings, events, etc. • Trains campus employees on scheduling use, as necessary. • Provides support to camp and conference groups on campus
