The Events Coordinator owns the planning and execution of that entire portfolio, ensuring every event reflects the Optimum standard: well-organized, professionally executed, and built to grow relationships. Maintain preferred vendor relationships across catering, A/V, print, and event services. Event calendar and vendor relationships established; active involvement in first provider event or CME program end-to-end.Strong working relationships developed with clinical, marketing, and operations teams. We measure success not only by outcomes, but by the integrity, excellence, and humanity we bring to every interaction. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico office.
