Events Coordinator

Reporting to the Technical Sales Engineer, the Event Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical support and professional assistance in the planning and execution of company events, and insures hospitality for the company’s event registrants for approximately 80% of their scheduled time. Insures cleanliness and operational readiness of facilities by working closely with cleaning service and maintenance staff Maintain a well-stocked and accessible supply room of snacks, beverages and other event materials at our Georgia and Arizona facilities. Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position. Must have 2+ years of prior experience as an Event Coordinator.
