Events Coordinator

Crumbl Cookies Cape Coral, Florida

JOB DESCRIPTION

What you'd actually do

Reach out to local businesses. Real estate offices, apartment communities, medical practices, schools, gyms, HR departments. Cold calls, walk-ins, emails. Get us in front of people who buy dessert for meetings, appreciation days, and client events.

Find and land events. Track every festival, expo, market, ribbon cutting, and sporting event in Lee County. Handle the vendor applications, deadlines, fees, and logistics so we show up prepared instead of scrambling.

Own the CRM. Build it, keep it current, and actually work it — who we contacted, what they said, when to follow up. This is the part most people skip and it's the part that makes the whole thing work.

Manage the outreach inbox. Respond fast, quote accurately, and make sure nothing sits.

Follow up. Most of this business is won on the third contact, not the first.

Coordinate with the stores so events are staffed, stocked, and set up right.

Report on what's working — outreach volume, conversion, revenue per event — so we can double down on what's paying off.

Who we're looking for

Someone who isn't afraid of a phone. That's honestly most of it.

You'll be told no a lot. The job works if you're the kind of person who finds the next call energizing rather than draining. If cold outreach makes you want to hide, this isn't the role — and that's fine, but save us both the time.

Some experience in sales, outreach, event coordination, or account management. Restaurant, retail, real estate, insurance, anything where you had to go find business.

Organized enough to track dozens of open conversations without dropping any

Comfortable writing a clear, professional email

Reliable with deadlines — vendor applications close whether you're ready or not

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; some of this happens in person

Willing to work occasional weekends when events run

You do not need a marketing degree. You need hustle and follow-through.

What you get from us

Ground floor. You're not inheriting someone's system. You're building it, and it'll have your fingerprints on it.

Direct access. You'd work directly with the owner. Short decisions, no bureaucracy.

Real ownership. Once you know what works, this is your program to run.

Room to grow. If this takes off, it becomes a bigger job with a bigger scope.

Free cookies, obviously.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We’re the nation’s fastest-growing cookie company for a reason. Our rotating flavors, open-concept kitchens, and famous pink box make cookie-eating an experience you won’t forget.

It all started with one big dream, two cookie-crazed cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO) when they teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that didn't live up to expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the pair decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes—a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process— until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
