Position Summary • 3+ year(s) experience in event planning, project management, or administrative support in related environment • Strong technical knowledge, Cvent and Microsoft Office experience desired • Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally, up to five times a year • Excellent attention to detail, highly effective organizational and time management skills • The ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team • Outstanding organizational, written, communication, interpersonal, production, and negotiation skills • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage relationships with stakeholders including staff, authors, keynote speakers, and executive level decision makers • Ability to remain calm in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environments • Exceptional problem-solving and technical skills • Creative, curious, and unafraid to share new ideas and initiatives To deliver on our strategic vision, we have five business divisions that are the foundation for the long-term growth of the company: Assessment & Qualifications, Virtual Learning, English Language Learning, Workforce Skills and Higher Education.
