Events Coordinator

Collaboration - We believe that people who are committed to open communication, a willingness to help and working together as a team create a safe environment and a culture of excellence. In collaboration with other program departments, the Events Coordinator will also ensure the smooth logistical execution of Monroe Harding's events. Marketing & Communications • Develop strategies, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Development, to increase awareness of the organization and its mission, vision, and cause. • Assist the Senior Director of Development in developing targeted marketing initiatives to support each program's goals while maintaining a consistent message for the organization. • Coordinate the creative design for the organization's marketing and promotional materials as well as fundraising campaigns to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
