The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a highly motivated Events Coordinator to fill a full-time position supporting the Manager of Events in developing and executing events, including gameday, that support the team's overall business objectives. • Other duties as assigned • Four (4) year degree in Sports Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in event management, marketing in the sports industry preferred • Strong verbal communication skills • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and think quickly on one’s feet using independent judgment • Ability to think creatively and innovatively • Knowledge of social and digital media strategies • Ability to lift and move heavy items, work outside in all elements if necessary • Ability to work nights and weekends, including all home games and tentpole events listed above Responsibilities and qualifications may change at any time with or without notice.
