The Event Coordinator plays a highly visible role with the primary responsibility of implementing all fundraising, donor cultivation and stewardship events for the Bellevue College Foundation (BCF) and select college events for the President's Office. ); recruit and oversee volunteers; negotiate contracts with venues and vendors; coordinate event programing and scripts; direct on-site support staff, volunteers, and vendors; participate as staff support for the Foundation Board Events sub-committee; assist with the coordination of logistics for cross-division events such as groundbreaking ceremonies, grand opening events, open houses, alumni association events, etc. The foundation's goal is to increase its impact on the college and community by increasing capacity and contributed revenue, connecting the college and the community, and serving as a customer service unit to the college.
