The Events Coordinator typically reports to the Marketing Director and oversees the planning, execution and strategy of Carroll Daniel Construction’s internal and external events, ensuring these gatherings align with the company’s goals, mission and vision. Above all, the event coordinator must be comfortable in a leadership role that demands a creative, business-driven mindset and lasting relationships with vendors, team members, clients and the community, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand’s visibility and maintaining a premium reputation in the industry. Conference/Tradeshow Management • Showcasing the Carroll Daniel Brand: Ability to showcase the premium level of services and partnership Carroll Daniel offers to our clients through every aspect of our presence at tradeshows and conferences • End-to-End Trade Show Coordination: Assume full responsibility for the end-to-end management of trade show participation, encompassing aspects from initial research and booth design to logistics coordination and post-show analysis. Oversee the procurement and transportation of materials, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. On Site Management • Comprehensive On-Site Operations Oversight: Meticulously oversee all aspects of on-site event operations, including catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring every component from setup to teardown is executed flawlessly and aligns with the event's strategic goal • Effective Coordination and Leadership: Utilize strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate with venue staff, vendors, and participants, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
