Event Planning and Coordination: • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure efficient logistics • Research, select, and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers within budget • Oversee logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, catering, AV setups, registrations, and booth design and construction, aligned with deadlines and budgets Collaboration and Alignment: • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event strategies with branding, messaging, and lead generation goals, ensuring events capture high-quality leads and support nurturing strategies • Work with marketing teams to create on-brand event materials and execute promotional campaigns Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, ideally in B2B technology • Proven experience in planning and executing events, with strong project management skills • Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills • Analytical mindset with experience in budget management and performance reporting • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Creative mindset for engaging, impactful event experiences • Expertise in lead generation and nurturing, with proficiency in managing attendee data and automating follow-up • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools and marketing platforms About the Company: Samsung SDS America
