To execute, oversee, and assist with internal Victory events as well as lobby life enhancements look, décor, and feel in a way that exemplifies Victory. Events; ensuring each event is set up for success through communication and planning • Oversee Ministry Events Calendar guaranteeing there are no competing internal or external events • Develop and Manage an inventory + check-in/out system for the event decor closet • Co-Manage and Systemize Events Budgets • Champion consistent communication, both externally & internally • Create a process for balancing announcements in services • Steward each event from commission to clean up • Schedule creative mtgs., assist in the timeline of related projects, and follow up with checkpoints for each area • Co-Manage Event Marketing and Media • Lead in the area of lobby life enhancements, producing in a way that exemplifies Victory • Implement a debrief and review process for all major events.
