Key Responsibilities: • Event Planning and Coordination:o Identify and book small-scale events such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and corporate meetings.o Plan and manage outdoor events utilizing tent rental spaces near the lake.o Coordinate event details with the operations staff, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and guest satisfaction. Administrative:o Maintain an organized calendar of events.o Track bookings and manage event documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
