This position involves serving as the staff lead for special event site planning and logistics, which includes overseeing the invitation, registration, and attendee check-in processes. The coordinator will also be responsible for soliciting sponsors for events and managing follow-up communications with members, guests, vendors, donors, sponsors, and staff after each event. In addition to event management, the Events Coordinator will maintain the organization's master calendar and keep meticulous records for multiple events.
