The Events Coordinator at Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) is a pivotal role responsible for executing the creative vision set forth by the Events Director for various internal events. In addition to event planning, the Events Coordinator will support DMP's charitable initiatives, including the annual company-wide volunteer night, and will be responsible for developing relationships with non-profit leaders in Springfield, MO, to identify ways in which DMP can contribute to the community. The role requires the planning and implementation of DMP Cares pop-up donation and volunteer nights throughout the year, as well as the creation of innovative methods to monitor volunteer hours across the company. The Events Coordinator will also manage the event email inbox, respond to inquiries, and assist with troubleshooting registration materials. The Events Coordinator will also assist with employee and dealer events and work closely with the Events Director to secure venues and talent for significant events such as the DMP Christmas Party.
