Event Planning & Administration (50%) • Manage all administrative aspects of event planning, including budgets, invoices, permits, vendor negotiations, venue bookings, and post-event reporting. • Strong administrative and organizational skills; detail-oriented with excellent time management. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and timelines.
