• Work with events staff to compile necessary event forms and create a weekly production schedule distributed to all staff members, ensuring understanding of event requirements and impact on Museum operations and activities. • Work with events staff to coordinate with various Museum departments to fulfill internal meeting, programming and event requests. Communicate Museum rules and restrictions to clients and vendors and ensure regulations are followed throughout all events • Execute and process all event paperwork including proposals, contracts, invoices, deposits and final payments (in Altru), guest experience surveys and ensure that take place in a timely manner • Oversee the organization, cleanliness and proper storage and handling of event supplies including linens, bar equipment and supplies and all food and beverage items • Work closely with liquor, beer and wine vendors to maintain appropriate inventory while adhering to departmental budgets and client requests • Ensure all required inventory of necessary supplies is continually stocked for programs and events; obtain supplies as needed from outside vendors such as Restaurant Depot, grocery stores, etc. Disclaimer: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
