Under the general supervision of the Field Marketing Director, the Events Coordinator will be the go to person for all things pertaining to tier 3 events and equipment needs from the corporate facility located in West Valley City, UT. Job Responsibilities • Plan and manage a calendar of tier 3 events and anticipated requirements • Be the primary point of contact for tier 3 events and ensure that all deliverables have been met • Maintain all event equipment organization, storage and inventory and report on department needs and opportunities • Coordinate and capture content at events and communicate with the marketing team on shot list and posting schedules • Plan and document activities prior to and during events for internal and external communications • Ensure each event meets SilencerCo's brand and quality requirements • Conduct research, make site visits, and identify resources to help SilencerCo staff make decisions about event opportunities and possibilities • Create and revise layouts for each event • Assist with negotiations for locations and event space, food and beverage, supplies, equipment, signage • Act as liaison with vendors for event-related matters • Assist with on-site production and pack-out for events as necessary • Prepare materials, packages, product/gift bags, attendee lists, etc. Job Qualifications • Strong understanding of the SilencerCo product line and their components • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and speaking • Excellent organization and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously • Ability to execute projects with little supervision • Outstanding customer service ethic with high expectations for quality • Proficient with Asana, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to Prioritize and Execute as a Leader • Have exceptional attendance (be to work on time, and take breaks at allowed time) • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with employees across all levels of the organization • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to stay extremely organized in a fast-moving environment • Ability to influence and adapt to change • Self-motivated, proven ability to work independently • Required* • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
