The Events Coordinator at the Catholic Cultural Center of New Orleans (CCCNO) will schedule and coordinate aspects of special events, weddings, and wedding receptions at the Old Ursuline Convent Museum and St. Louis Cathedral. The position works with the executive director, CCCNO staff, clergy, parish musicians, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination of logistical requirements. • Serve as the primary initial contact for members of the public interested in scheduling a wedding, wedding reception, or other special event at CCCNO sites. • Assist with maintaining accurate event records (bookings, contracts, payments, reports). • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
