Events Coordinator (Community Engagement)

Job Title: Events Coordinator (Community Engagement) Employee Type: WS... Expected Weekly Hours: 40 Responsibilities • Coordinate the end-to-end event planning, execution, and reporting across client-owned events and third-party events, according to team priorities and local market needs • Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and external partner teams to align on event scope • Support event intake process, agency management, timelines, budget, and logistics, including building demand generation assets, pre-event and post-event email communications, and calendars • Manage a list of materials, equipment and service vendors per event requirements • Assist in presenter readiness, event debriefs, and feedback across multiple stakeholders including segment, partner, and industry teams • Incorporate inclusive marketing and accessibility principles, leading practices, and tools in the execution of events • Drive applicable social impact and community engagement • Identify, propose, and implement business process/workflow improvements • Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestones • Perform other duties as needed Work Environment • The position typically operates in a standard office environment and/or from employee’s home • This is a Hybrid position located in Reston, Virginia • Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
