Reporting to the Assistant Events Manager, this position requires close collaboration with internal vendors and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced corporate environment. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support • Experience in facilities management is a plus • Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Positive, customer-service oriented personality Experience Requirements • Minimum of 3 years in event coordination or administrative support • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Visio or CAD is preferred
