Events Coordinator - Full-time

Works closely with the Events Team to assist with logistical coordination, communications, and execution of a variety of corporate and partner-related events. Essential Job Duties: • Coordinates logistics for events such as floor days, road shows, and internal corporate gatherings • Assists with pre- and post-show marketing efforts under guidance of manager • Helps organize key event components including vendor coordination, audiovisual needs, setup, and catering • Maintains registration and attendee databases; manages RSVP tracking and event reporting • Supports purchasing activities and works with vendors as needed • Tracks and monitors event budgets; escalates approvals to Event Manager • Contributes to creative development and execution of communication materials with team input • Collaborates with Events Team on timelines, planning milestones, and deliverables • Executes assigned tasks with attention to detail and quality control standards • Communicates professionally with vendors, internal stakeholders, and attendees • Other duties as assigned • Regular attendance is an essential function of the Event Coordinator position Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time • Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for the position • Ability to travel 10 % of the time.
