As a Events Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events. Create a hospitable environment for attendees, event owners, and vendors on the day of the event Conduct room set up, refresh, and removal of food, beverage, and service items. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, troubleshoot potential issues, and make repairs Work alongside the Space & Occupancy team to schedule and perform desk moves, which may include packing items and setting up equipment with specific instructions.
