Events Coordinator / Manager

This is a flexible, part-time role with real potential to grow and an opportunity to do work that genuinely changes lives. This position ranges from 10 to 30 hours per week depending on organizational needs, the candidate's availability, and the specific duties assumed, with potential to grow into a full-time role within the next year based on funding and performance. Plan, coordinate, and host match events for enrolled Bigs, Littles, and their families throughout the year.Manage event logistics including venue booking, supply purchasing, volunteer staffing, and day-of coordination.Partner with program staff to align events with match support goals and ensure age-appropriate, engaging, well-attended experiences.Brews for Bigs Passion for the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters and for making a difference in the lives of young peopleDynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic presence — comfortable serving as a host or emcee at community eventsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslySkilled relationship builder who maintains ongoing connections with venues, vendors, and community partnersComfortable engaging with a wide range of audiences, including children, youth, adult volunteers, board members, and community partnersComfortable with data entry and tracking tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, or event management platformsSelf-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively with a small staff teamAdaptable and resourceful; able to flex responsibilities based on organizational need Position: Events Coordinator / Events Manager (Depending on Experience)
