The Event Coordinator position plays a key role in supporting the University's enrollment growth by managing various events tailored for prospective students and current students' engagement. • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline preferred) • 1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably within a higher education or non-profit environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules • Proficiency with event management software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite • Commitment to the University's mission as a Christ-centered institution
