As an Events Coordinator, your core responsibilities will encompass detailed logistical planning, coordination, and communication between multiple parties including vendors, clients, subcontractors, and city agencies. The Events Coordinator will play a vital role in advancing the Center City District’s mission, representing the organization to external clients and partners, and delivering exceptional event experiences that contribute to the district’s positive reputation and ongoing success. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 1-2 years experience in event coordination or related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and city agencies • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
