This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, creative community where you can contribute to providing exceptional experiences for customers while advancing your career within a respected retail brand. • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience working with children and children’s events • Retail and/or customer service experience • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others • Excellent people skills • Good communication skills including written, verbal, and listening • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes and using ladders • Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
