We search the country for talented recent college grads who are eager to make a meaningful impact in their careers and in the community... We help them find jobs at nonprofit and governmental organizations. This role will work closely with the Director and TSY team to support fellow engagement and retention. Develop event concepts for current fellows and alumni. for TSY current fellows Create marketing materials to promote TSY events for current fellows and alumni Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure payments and invoices are processed. Consistently gather feedback from staff, fellows, and alumni for continuous improvement of the program and its goals Regularly report data from current fellows and alumni to leadership to understand retention rates and trends that need to be addressed within the program.
