About our Events and Engagement Coordinator position Our Events and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of all fundraising events, both in-person and virtual, for Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana and Kentucky (PPGNHAIK) and Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates (PPAA). This role will support events across the affiliate, preference for candidates in Idaho, Indiana, and Kentucky will be given The Events and Engagement Coordinator will report directly to the Events and Engagement Manager and work closely with other PPGNHAIK development and communications team staff, PPAA staff, board members, volunteers, and other organizational staff to help achieve fundraising and engagement objectives What will you be doing! Key Responsibilities: • Cross-functional Collaboration: Under the direction of the Events and Engagement Manager, collaborate with internal and external teams, volunteers, and board members to execute donor events and engagement initiatives.
