Events Coordinator_Fundraising

Our Events and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of all fundraising events, both in-person and virtual, for Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana and Kentucky (PPGNHAIK) and Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates (PPAA). The Events and Engagement Coordinator will report directly to the Events and Engagement Manager and work closely with other PPGNHAIK development and communications team staff, PPAA staff, board members, volunteers, and other organizational staff to help achieve fundraising and engagement objectives Key Responsibilities: • Cross-functional Collaboration: Under the direction of the Events and Engagement Manager, collaborate with internal and external teams, volunteers, and board members to execute donor events and engagement initiatives. Minimum of 2 years of experience in event support or a similar non-profit or fundraising role. Creative and resourceful, with the ability to adapt and innovate as needed to enhance event experiences.
